Today we get back to pounding the pavement. As before we start with some core exercises followed by a run.
Core:

Superman Back Extensions
Front Leg Raise
Run:
15 minute warmup
10 minute run
10 minute cool down
Breakfast:
1 banana
1 piece toast with peanut butter
1 cup OJ
