Training Plan Update for Week Ending June 3, 2007
This week begins bike workouts. This is a good thing. It also begins some smaller ‘bricks’. This I don’t know about.
The upcoming week looks much like this:
Monday:
Off
Tuesday:
Swim:
15 minute swim, pausing 30 sec at walls
Bike:
15 mile bike.
Notes: Form, Form, Form.
Wednesday:
Swim:
15 minute swim, start with going as far as you can, then pause at walls for 1 minute, then continue by stopping at walls for 30 sec.
Thursday:
Bike:
15 mile bike
Run:
15 minute run
Friday:
15 minute run
Saturday:
Run:
20 minute run
Swim:
20 minute swim
Sunday:
30+ mile bike
All out bike (or Saturday repeat) If the bike arrives, and I have it from the shop, I’m going to go for a long, long spin. Otherwise, I’ll have to repeat Saturday’s workout.
