Workout Summary for Tuesday May 29, 2007

I have to turn in my loaner wheel tomorrow.  I’ll also have to investigate obtaining some lining of the kevlar variety.  Living in a construction area is taking its toll on my tubes.  All and all the workout went better than I thought it would, and I feel ‘OK’ afterwards.

Bike:
15 miles / 1 hour

Swim:
15 minutes or about 300 yards.
