Video: Fix a flat Bike Tire
This week we started to add in some bike exercise, as the bike is the only sport in triathlon that requires the use of a machine, I figured some videos on how to maintain that machine would be appropriate. Today’s video is how to change a flat tire. As I’ve gotten two flats in two days, this is quite relevant.
