Training Plan Update for Week Ending July 1

We’re getting ever closer to GO time.  This weeks workouts will follow the same plan as last week, increasing times to 30 minutes all around for runs & swims, biking will stay at the same distance, or increase some.

Monday: 30 minute swim

Tuesday: 15 mile bike

Wednesday: 30 minute run

Thursday: 30 minute swim

Friday: 20+ mile bike

Saturday: Bike + Run Brick

Sunday: Off
