Training Summary for Tuesday June 26, 2007
It was humid and getting dark, in other words, a perfect evening for a good ride. I need to get my cycle computer upstairs to verify the numbers, but I believe I made much better time than I have before on this route. I also went and chilled in the pool afterwards as a cool down of sorts, and ended up getting some yards in.
