Training Plan For the Week Ending 2/2/2008

This week I’ll be out in Huston for VMWare training for my new position at work, so the schedule will be lighter than usual, and depend on the hotel having a gym of sorts.

Sunday: Bike Commute
Monday: Fly to Huston, check into hotel, short run if hotel has a gym, or I can find a safe route.
Tuesday: Short Run
Wednesday: Short Run
Thursday: Short Run
Friday: Off, Fly home.
Sat: Long Run

At least this is what the plans are.
