New Books!
My new HRM book came in, as well as my CCNP library. I suppose now that I’ve spent some cash on it there is no excuse not to be doing either.
The HRM book is Joe Friel’s “Total Heart Rate Training”
Having come highly recommended as one of THE books on heart rate training, and having read two of his prior books “Triathletes Training Bible” and “Your First Triathlon“, I am looking forward to this one. It’s smaller than the training bible, but no doubt just as packed with useful information. I’ll post more of a review when I’ve finished it.
The CCNP Library is Cisco Press’s “CCNP Official Exam Certification Library (5th Edition) (Official Exam Certification)”

Having used Cisco Press for my CCNA Cert I figured this would at least be the best route to start on my CCNP. Other materials that’ll be used will be CBT’s provided by the office, and well… anything else I can get my hands on. I plan on starting this with the ONT
Optimizing Converged Cisco Networks. This will happen a few weeks after I get my VMWare VCP nailed.
