Training plan for the week of Feb 10 - 16.
Second verse, same as the first… and hopefully we’ll be able to stick a bit closer to it this time.
Sunday: Off
Monday: Outdoor/Trainer 60min
Tuesday: Bike commute
Wednesday: 45min run (Bike Commute)
Thursday: Bike Commute
Friday: Brick
Have a third commute penciled in for Wednesday… We’ll see how that works out. As it is, the weather for Tuesday’s is not looking good. As my commuter bike is still shopped up after my trail riding experience, we’ll see if this happens.
