Plan Summary for Week of Feb 16, 2008
Sunday: Off - Yup
Monday: Outdoor/Trainer 60min- 2x trainer rides, 30m in the morning, and 45m at night
Tuesday: Bike commute- Yup! Made great time coming in, and had some nasty winds going home, all and all a good ride
Wednesday: 45min run- 30min run, rather than 45, got to go check on the lock I put up on the pool.
Thursday: Bike Commute- Only did the first 1/2 of the commute, as the wife and the kids came and took me out for V-day.
Friday: Brick- We were quite busy, but I managed to do a ‘Spinervals’ workout. 34 minutes of the most exqusite pain.
Saturday: Long Run- Yup! Actually turned it into a makeup for yesterdays brick, except that the workouts were over 6 hours apart.
