Race week! Well, the race is Sunday the 24th, but, we’ll only slow down a little.

Sunday: Yoga (trying something new here) & 1hr outside/trainer
Monday: Spinervals
Tuesday: Bike Commute
Wednesday: 45min Run
Thursday: Bike Commute
Friday: Bike Commute or 1h outside/trainer
Saturday: Off (Race tomorrow)
