Training Plan for Week of March 1
My slacker nature has already taken over, and I have neglected my commitment to this, my means of public accountability. I have also slacked and not done todays bike commute either.
Here is how the plan shapes up for the rest of the week:
Tuesday - Bike Commute - This will work out to a spinervals/run brick, or a real bike/run brick.
Wednesday - 45min run & Yoga
Thursday - Bike Commute
Friday - 45min run
Saturday - Trail Run Brick
