Plan Summary for Week of Feb 23, 2008

As always, actual in green.

Sunday: Yoga (trying something new here) & 1hr outside/trainer- Yup
Monday: Spinervals - Yup
Tuesday: Bike Commute - Yup & a 30min run
Wednesday: 45min Run - Nope, instead another Spinervals
Thursday: Bike Commute - Sick, nothing today
Friday: Bike Commute or 1h outside/trainer- Still sick
Saturday: Off (Race tomorrow)- Still Sick

Actually lost a good part of the week to being sick, and went to the race in the same condition. The weakness that is my soul allowed the meat within which that I exist to go this far. I have healed from this sickness, and will redouble the efforts!
