Give Me 20!
It looks like upper body strength is getting more attention lately. Specifically push-ups, of which I can do about 6.
The New York Times, has an article discussing the importance of them as a gauge of full body fittness, and The Washington Post has some guidelines for how many you should be able to do, based on age.
I have recently been working on building some upper body strength by doing some chin-ups and trying to build those up. I think I’m going to start incorporating some of these as well.
