Weekly Summary for Week Ending 5-24

Doing this a day early so I don’t forget over this long weekend.

Sunday:
25mi bike - Done!

Monday:
AM: Run - Hills - 29min or so
PM: Swim - 800 yards - 38min

Tuesday:
AM/PM: Commute - Done

Wednesday:
Ended up taking the day off, spent a good 8 hours waiting in the ER for some crutches and an ankle brace.

Thursday:
Instead of a commute, I did a brick, 20mi bike 1mi run

Friday:
AM: Run - 1hr - 55min
PM: Swim - 800 yards - Done

Sat:
Need to pickup some miles, so will try to get in a good 40 or 50 today.
