One Hundred Pushups - Initial Test

The assesment is simple enough. Do as many, good form, pushups as you can. After you’ve gotten through that, they provide a nice little chart to rank yourself, and find out what program you should be following:

After a momumental I managed to eek out an epic 9, putting me at a Rank 2. Ok, so the only thing momumental and epic about this, was how bad I sucked at it. Then again, that is why we’re doing this.
