One Hundred Pushups - Week 1 Plan

When doing the Initial Test I scored at a ‘Rank 2′. Better than I’d hoped for, but it also means more punishment in the week 1 plan.

So Day 1 has me doing 7, 7, 5, 4, and then a set of the most I can do, minimum of 5. Day 2 is similar, as is Day 3, the number of pushups each day becoming a bit more. One bite at a time, and we should be able to eat this elephant.
