Weekly Workout Plan for 6/29 - 7/5
Second Week on the Hundred Pushup Challenge, also the second week trying to focus on swimming, with a total yardage swam @ 2550yds. Will also be getting back to bike commuting this week as well, and taking advantage of the July 4 holiday to get a good long bike in.

7/2 - AM: 45min Run / PM: 850yd Swim
7/3 - AM: Hundred Pushup Challenge & AM/PM - Bike Commute
7/4 - AM - 50Mi Bike / PM: 850yd Swim
7/5 - AM: Hundred Pushup Challenge & AM - 6mi Run
