Workout Plan for 7/6 - 7/12
Have to get the pushups and swim yardage back up this week, however, there are some possible curveballs as well, as the wife may be going in for back surgery, which will change things up some. Here’s how it looks so far:
7/6 - Hundred Pushup Challenge
7/7 - 40min run
7/8 - 850yd swim (4×25 2×50 1×500 4×25) & 2hr Trainer ride
7/9 - 40min run, Hundred Pushup Challenge
7/10 - 2hr Trainer ride/Bike Commute
7/11 - 40min run, Hundred Pushup Challenge
7/12 - 850yd swim (4×25 2×50 1×500 4×25)
We’re also back to being a bit more balanced this week, instead of focusing on one area. I’ve also changed up the swim plan to have a race like effort after the warm-up, as we’re getting close to that now too.
