Not Dead, and Not in the Water
Yes yes. Same post again. I’m not dead, and since last time, have actually finished Jack’s Generic. I’ve improved on my time over last year by 5 minutes, and beat my rabbit by about 5 minutes as well. I’ve now taken about a week off from training and am ready to start some long slow distance stuff, bike focused, for the upcoming San Antonio to Corpus MS150. I’ll also start formulating a plan for next years races, and a training schedule around that.
